EOF Purchasing & Billing Guide

Clear Pricing. Flexible Purchasing. Measurable Results.

Every EOF Solution is designed to address a specific Revenue Spillway™, source of Organizational Noise™, or Revenue Opportunity identified within your organization.

Because EOF Solutions deliver value in different ways, the pricing and billing model may vary by product. Some solutions have a fixed purchase price. Others require a setup investment followed by charges based on successfully completed work or booked Revenue Opportunities™.

Each individual product page clearly identifies:

  • What the solution does and what is included
  • The applicable setup investment
  • Any ongoing or performance-based investment
  • When charges occur and what results are included
  • Available purchasing options

No pricing or tax information is collected on this page. Complete product pricing is shown on the applicable product detail page before the product is added to the cart.

How EOF Solutions May Be Purchased

You may purchase the Revenue Propulsion Blueprint™, the Revenue Propulsion Engine™, one individual EOF Solution, multiple EOF Solutions, or any combination of solutions that fits your organization's priorities.

Your assessment and Revenue Propulsion Blueprint™ may recommend specific EOF Solutions based on the Revenue Spillways™, Organizational Noise™, and Revenue Opportunities identified within your organization. Those recommendations are intended to help you decide where to begin.

You are not limited to the recommended solutions. You may review and purchase any EOF Solution available in the complete catalog.

EOF Investment Models

1 · Fixed Investment

Some products have a single fixed investment. The complete price is shown on the product page before the product is added to the cart.

Fixed-investment products may include digital planning products, defined implementation projects, one-time services, and other products with a predetermined scope.

2 · Setup Investment and Successful-Record Investment

Some EOF Solutions require a one-time setup investment followed by billing based on successfully completed records. These may include Email Verification™, Data Enhancement™, Data Hygiene™, and other record-processing solutions.

The Setup Investment is paid when the product is purchased. The customer then uploads the applicable data file through the secure EOF customer account. After processing, EOF determines the number of records successfully completed and prepares an invoice showing: records submitted, records successfully processed, the agreed-upon price per successful record, and the total amount charged.

The payment method on file is charged for the completed work. The invoice is marked Paid and emailed to the customer with the completed processing report. Customers are charged only for records successfully completed under the terms shown on the product page.

3 · Website Visitor Identification and Revenue Opportunity Investment

Website Visitor Identification™ begins with the setup and activation of the approved website identification technology. Depending on the selected product, the customer may be charged for successfully identified visitors according to the pricing shown on the product page.

Identified visitors may then be placed into an approved Revenue Opportunity Cycle™. EOF may research and qualify the identified organization, enhance available contact information, place qualified contacts into an approved outreach sequence, follow the customer's approved communication and qualification standards, and schedule qualified Revenue Opportunities™ on the customer's calendar.

When EOF successfully books a qualified Revenue Opportunity™, the customer is charged the agreed-upon price per booked Revenue Opportunity™. The customer is not charged an opportunity fee simply because a visitor was identified or contacted. The opportunity charge applies when a qualified Revenue Opportunity™ is successfully booked according to the agreed-upon standards.

4 · One-Minute Trigger™ Revenue Opportunity Investment

The EOF One-Minute Trigger™ contacts new prospects quickly after an approved action or inquiry. When the service successfully books a qualified Revenue Opportunity™ that meets the customer's approved qualification standards, the customer is charged the agreed-upon Revenue Opportunity™ price.

The product page will identify: any applicable setup investment, the agreed-upon price per booked Revenue Opportunity™, the qualification requirements, and the approved transfer or scheduling process.

The customer is not charged a separate fee for every call unless specifically stated on the product page.

5 · Subscription Investment

Some EOF Solutions provide ongoing access to software, monitoring, reporting, workflow, or implementation support. Subscription products may include the Revenue Propulsion Engine™ and other ongoing services.

The applicable product page will show: setup investment (when applicable), subscription investment, billing frequency, what is included, renewal terms, and any usage-based or performance-based charges.

Assessment-Based Bundle Savings

Your Revenue Dam Assessment™ and Revenue Propulsion Blueprint™ may identify EOF Solutions recommended for your organization. When you purchase one or more of your recommended EOF Solutions during the same order, your purchase may qualify for an implementation bundle discount.

Available savings may depend on: the combination of solutions selected, the number of solutions purchased, shared implementation requirements, setup efficiencies, and current approved offers. When an order qualifies, the available savings will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before the purchase is completed.

You are never required to purchase all recommended solutions. You may purchase one recommended solution, several, all of them, or other EOF Solutions not specifically recommended in your assessment. The purpose of the recommendation is to help you make an informed implementation decision—not to restrict what you may purchase.
