Agreement
By using endoffunnel.ai or purchasing EOF Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company. Your service agreement or order confirmation may contain additional terms specific to your purchase; where they conflict, the service agreement controls.
The assessment & estimates
The Revenue Dam Assessment™, Revenue Dam Score™, Organizational Noise™ measurements, and any related outputs are informational estimates based on the answers you provide and documented business research. They are directional business guidance — not a financial audit, a guarantee of results, or professional financial advice. Actual results vary by business, market, and implementation.
Accounts
Purchases require a customer account. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Purchases & billing
Prices are shown on each product page. Depending on the EOF Solution, billing may include: one-time setup investments; monthly platform investments; prepaid minimum terms (charged in advance as shown at checkout); per-record usage fees; and per-Revenue-Opportunity fees at the rate stated on the product page or mutually agreed in your service agreement. By storing a payment method, you authorize charges for approved invoices under your agreement. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable except as stated in your service agreement.
Customer data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you provide (customer lists, prospect files, messaging). You represent that you have the legal right to share it and that your outreach lists comply with applicable law (including consent requirements). We use your data solely to deliver your services, per our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
End of Funnel™, Revenue Propulsion Engine™, Revenue Propulsion Station™, Revenue Dam Assessment™, Revenue Propulsion Blueprint™, Organizational Noise™, Revenue Spillways™, One-Minute Trigger™, and related marks, content, frameworks, and methodologies are the property of End of Funnel and its licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the services you purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reselling without authorization, or using the services for unlawful communications.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. EOF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid services will be communicated to customers.
